at DoD Explosives Safety Seminar
Spring Branch, Texas, August 28 -- Protection Engineering Consultants senior principal Dr. Chuck Oswald presented research and software advances at the Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board’s Thirty-Second Explosives Safety Seminar August 21-24 in Philadelphia. The DDESB provides oversight for the safety of hazardous materiel as a part of military logistics, including the development, manufacturing, testing, handling, transportation and storage of explosives and chemical agents.
