SEI Progressive Collapse Committee takes next step towards international code guidance
Spring Branch, Texas, Dec. 15 -- The Structural Engineering Institute Committee on Progressive Collapse, chaired by Protection Engineering Consultants managing principal Kirk Marchand, has published a prospectus for the pre-standard and guidance to be prepared to support the design and construction community for incorporation of progressive collapse mitigation approaches into structural systems.
