David Stevens Honored as an ASCE SEI Fellow

David Stevens, Managing Principal at PEC, was recently recognized as a Fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Structural Engineering Institute (SEI), during the Closing Plenary Lunch of the 2018 Structures Congress, on April 21, 2018, at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
